來自上面天堂的陽光流洩;

照耀，晶瑩，閃閃發光。

我銀色的新月杯填滿了，

（要小心不要濺出來了），

這樣的喜悅交織在我周圍 無處不在

在水，土，在光充滿的空氣中。

浪般的喜悅也在我心中

澎湃的泉源，從我的心裡湧出。

是上帝喜悅的教導 讓我知道，

我是他的孩子，他是如此告訴我的。

1^st  week  Easter /  Spring

From heaven above comes sunlight streaming;

Shining, glistening and gleaming.

My silver crescent- cup is filled,

(Be careful this is not spilled),

Such joy weaves round me everywhere

In water and earth and in light-filled air.

A wave of joy in me as well

Spring from my heart, a surging well.

By joy I’m taught my God to know.

I am his child- He tells me so.

這綠意，青色的山丘和群山之外，

海是如此的藍，還有陽光的金色，

以及所有我看到的一切。

 

當我長得越大也會越堅強，

我知道上帝的天使都與我在ㄧ起。

水，火，地和空氣的天使們，

永遠會在我身邊。這是我的禱告。

From deep in my heart this world I love—

The green, green hills and the mountains above,

The sea so blue and the sunlight gold,

And everything that I behold.

 

And I become stronger as I grow,

For all of God’s Angels are with me I know.

Angels of water, fire, earth and air,

Always stay by me. This is my prayer.

如此地入注我的心，如此地讓我充滿了快樂！

當我們的眼睛閃閃發光、閃爍、明亮的，

當溫暖的愛是在我們的生活中流動著，

The beauty of all things, radiant and fair,

How it pours through my heart; how it fills me with gladness!

In the people I meet this same beauty is there;

It reflects in their eyes, both in joy and in sadness.

 

And when our eyes sparkle or twinkle or shine,

When warm love is flowing in the way that we live,

Then the water of life in ourselves becomes wine,

And to God this can be the great gift that we give.

春天的水，空氣的精靈，

充滿了滋養和關愛  交織在世界裏。

明亮的火焰之子和地精靈快速的步履

他們在創造這個世界的同時也ㄧ邊對我說：

 

“哦，我們在世界的裡面，獨自用最純淨、愉悅的心工作着，但請記住，為我們所做的而開心--- 

不能夠漫不經心地走過而未留意，

當你把我們的生命也變成是你的，

你便將會讓我們從魔力中解脫自由。“

Spring of water, spirit of air, 

Weave in the world full of nurture and care.

Sons of bright fire and gnomes of quick gait-

All of them speak to me whilst they create:

 

“Oh, we work within the world for purest joyfulness alone, But remember please the deeds we do – they must not pass unknown,

For you free us form enchantment when you make our life your own.”

Is filling my soul with new heavenly might.

In darkness of winter, I woke form a dream

Like a child from sleep in the middle of night.

Now new hope is dawning –strong and supreme,

慈愛的太陽冉冉升起，溫暖和光明。

Bright the sun’s gold rays are streaming;

Streaming fills my soul with light.

Light becomes a sword of radiance,

Radiance flashing in dark night.

Night is banished. See Love’s sun-rise,

Love’s Sun rising, warm and bright.

Now springing from the fertile Mother of all living things,

the Earth,

Comes joy-of –growth, as power leading all her children unto birth.

My life is charmed, my strength is sure,

For I am armed – my heart is pure;

And I can join amidst this joy and merriment with radiant mirth!

黑暗的週圍將我的光壓住了;

要保持直立、強壯和健康並不容易！

而這龍，潛伏著，牠的力量

將吞噬掉我閃耀的光芒。

 

但我記得冬天的聖善夜，

是如何地在黑暗中閃耀著午夜的太陽，

這是世界真正的光，

無需懼怕野蠻的龍

因為我是被聖子引領着。

 

46^th  week    

My light is pressed by darkness round;

It is not easy to stay upright, strong and sound!

The Dragon, lurking, would devour

My shining radiance with his power.

 

But I, remember how on winter’s Holy Night,

In darkness shone the Midnight Sun that is the world’s true Light,

Need have no fear of dragons wild

For I am led by the Holy Child.

我的堅定和力量給我ㄧ個確定的實地，

因為聖子的光是溫柔而純淨的

當我能用我的眼以祂的愛來看這世界

所有的事物就能夠沐浴在他治癒的，金黃的光之中。

 

看著地精靈弄裂和打碎土壤裡的東西，

而明亮輕快的空氣精靈帶來了一個綠色世界的誕生。

 

懷著極大的喜悅，我學習著去給他們所需要的，

而我為他們帶來光，他們真的很感謝！

 

45^th  week    

My firmness and strength gives me ground that is sure,

For the light of the Child is gentle and pure.

All things become bathed with his healing, gold light

When I look at the world with his love in my sight.

 

Watch the gnomes split and crumble the stuff of the earth, 

While the light, airy sylphs bring a green world to birth.

 

With great joy I am learning to give what they need,

For I bring them the light, and they’re grateful indeed!
