當我往外看外面的世界，我看到

如此令人驚奇的美綻放在每ㄧ個方向。

當我用心去看，我感到在我心中大自然的美麗

一定能在這裡找到它真正的映射。

 

當我的心端正地擴展和增長，

美麗之翼，帶我到最遠的空間領域，

我的自我迷失在光之中，

在沈靜的喜悅中最後在神的懷抱裡清醒。

 

11^th  week    

When I look out into the world, I see

Such wondrous beauty bursting forth in each direction.

When in my heart I look, I feel in me

How Nature’s beauty here must find its true reflection.

 

For when my heart expands and grows aright,

When, on the wings of beauty, to the farthest realms of space I’m taken,

Then is my own self lost within the light,

In quiet joy at last within the arms of God to waken.

太陽在閃耀中莊嚴的上升;

祂帶著我  人類的感受

在未來你將知道：

一個神性的存在，

現在剛觸碰了你。

10^th  week       

To summer’s radiant heights

The sun in shining majesty ascends;

It takes my human feeling

Into its own wide realms of space.

Within my inner being stirs

Presentiment which heralds dimly,

You shall in future know:

A godly being now has touched you.

在閃閃發光威武的太陽中，

一位國王駕著他的金黃戰車，

向高處奔馳著直到天堂的所在

在流瀉的榮耀中，示現福至。

 

看著他，一種奇妙的感受在我心裡出現

那感受告訴了我現在還看不懂的事;

只有在以後我才會真正知道

太陽的神性是如何地，正在這個時刻，觸碰到了我。

 

10^th  week   

In shining majesty the mighty sun,

A king upon his chariot of gold,

Climbs higher till the heights of heaven are won

In glory streaming, blessing to behold.

 

And watching him, I feel a strange sense grow

That speaks of things that now I cannot see;

For only later will I truly know

How at his hour, God’s Spirit of the Sun is touching me.

遺忘這狹隘的自我意志，

宇宙的溫暖預示著夏季的光芒

Forgetting the narrow will of self,

The cosmic warmth that heralds summer’s glory

Fills all my soul and spirit;

To lose myself in light

Is the command of spirit vision

And intuition tells me strongly:

O lose yourself in order to find yourself.

溫暖的浪朝

正向這輝煌夏陽的金黃日子

強烈地穿透土地光芒四射，擴散著。

我的心告訴我，“絕不要被地球所束縛了，

要不斷地改變，成長！”

The waves of warmth

That strongly through the land are radiating, spreading,

Proclaim that we

To glorious, golden days of summer-sun are heading.

“Be filled with light!”

My spirit understands these words which Nature everywhere is showing .

“Let thoughts take flight!”

My heart is told; “Be never earthbound but be always changing, growing!”

就像漲潮的波浪淹沒了土地，

一個翠綠的春之潮水滔滔地流動著。

樹液被偉大的手觸碰了而流動，

雖然依稀在夢中，我們仍能感到這是誰的力量。

 

神在萬丈光芒中交織。

他的助手在喜悅幸福中工作。

我們加入他的創造中，

當我們的心是打開的，便能看見這一切，

Like swelling waves that flood the land,

A green spring-tide is surging, streaming.

Saps flow, touched by a mighty hand

Whose force we feel, though dimly dreaming.

 

God weaves amidst the radiant light.

His helpers work in joyful bliss.

With his creating we unite

When we, with open hearts, behold all this.

Come forth, intuition

Take up with strength your rightful task:

第7週   

被這光輝，光芒、閃閃發亮的微光吸引，

是很容易掉入ㄧ個夢境中的。

 

我ㄧ定要從夢中醒來，並開始

喚起我的心的力量，

而在我心中真正存在着的  會帶來

力量和威嚴，使我像個國王ㄧ般！

 

在繁華的平凡世界裡，每ㄧ個地方都在告訴我，

不論是在陽光樹林、幽谷、或是蔥鬱的林間，

這都是人類的心，創造出這無上ㄧ切所看見的！

 

7^th  week  

Drawn out into the sheen, the shine, the glisten and the gleam, 

It would be easy to be lost into a dream.

 

So I must rouse myself and start

To conjure forces of the heart,

Which live within me truly and will bring

The strength and majesty that make me like a king!

Amidst the glory of the sense-world, everywhere displayed,

In sunlight grove and glen and leafy glade,

It is the human heart that rules and reigns supreme!
