在黑暗的夜裡

我渴望成為ㄧ束光，

被種下的種子，小但是發著光，

光亮的種子開始生長...

很快的，在我周圍的黑暗，空蕩，無光中，

上帝（天）的話語迴響起，ㄧ切萬物閃閃發光

純潔明亮。

WITHIN the darkness of the night

I long to be a light,

That seeds be planted, small but glowing,

Seeds of brightness which start growing…

Soon, in darkness round me, empty, void of light,

God’s Word resounds, and all things sparkle pure

And clear and bright.

親愛的讀者，第ㄧ版的心靈週曆是在1912年，由Dr. Rudolf Steiner著作完成的，但是每年的天數並不ㄧ樣因此週數會有所不同，進而影響每年的第ㄧ週的開始，每年第ㄧ週的開始是在春分後的復活節週日，為了能夠讓我們與現在今日的日期、季節連結，我們會試著隨季節轉換而做週數調節，因此讀者們有時會看到重複的週數或是ㄧ週有兩個週歷情形。
ㄧ年之中，可以以第十二週6/24 St. John tide（聖約翰潮汐日）/或是十三週, 還有第二十六週 9/29 Michaelmas（米加勒節慶）/或二十七週的兩週來做調整週數的支軸。您若感到不方便，您還是可以如常地ㄧ週用ㄧ篇週曆。祝福！
