當我移動時 美   在我之中，

當我移動時 神聖 在我步伐裏

當我移動時 淨潔 在我週圍ㄧ切

當我能有意識的移動這個身體的廟宇，我便啟動了內在的寧靜對話，

這如祈禱ㄧ樣的過程，祝福也隨著這個舞動而能夠開始

這個三次的單ㄧ課程，希望提供給所有的朋友，盼以不同方式祝福我們的世界及周圍朋友的大眾們！

讓我們以自己的身心意及靈作為祝福的方式，祈禱

【優律思美：賴心詩 老師】
資深優律思美藝術家，出生於台北，自幼學畫，1999年遠赴美國，師承音樂優律思美大師Dorothea Mier，2004年畢業於北美紐約春之谷優律思美學校，隨即加入春之谷優律思美舞台表演團。經歷11年於美的人智學與優律思美學習、演出暨教學，2010年七月返台至今，全心全意將所學服務台灣。2011年成立中文華語世界的第一所，為成人所設的優律思美藝術學校－台灣優律思美學校，目前擔任藝術指導，教授專業優律思美藝術訓練課，並持續於台灣，大陸，馬來西亞，印度等國家巡迴教授成人優律思美以及籌備優律思美的藝術演出。
賴心詩老師，同時也是將台灣的優律思美藝術，帶至世界各地的資深表演家、老師。近十年，尤以中文優律思美上的奉獻、人才培育與推廣而為人所知，而她聆聽音樂性的靈敏度，也讓音樂優律思美中的力量，能夠藉由東方的心與現代意識心連結，讓人智學精深力量豐富運用。常受邀於國際上演出的她，最為人知的作品為心經、道德經的演出，她的藝術天賦也多年服務於不同國家的人智醫學領域IPMT的訓練中，並於2016年9月，於前歌德館醫學部長邀請下，以中文優律思美作品於歌德館獨舞演出，讓在台灣的藝術發展被看見。

透過光  空氣在四週圍流動穿越著，

閃閃發光，波光粼粼，正溫暖了地球的地面，

在花朵豐盈盛開的地方揭示了星辰的傑作。

而在奇妙四射的光芒中，我看到了ㄧ位天使。

他向我微笑閃耀著神的光芒。

這是我！他是我有一天將會成為的，

在我天堂的披幔裡，從黑暗中釋放了！

The light that is streaming through air all around,

Which, sparkling and gleaming, now warms the earth’s ground,

Reveals the stars’ handwork where flowers abound.

And wondrous and radiant, an Angel I see.

He shines with God’s light and he smiles upon me.

It is I! He it is whom I one day will be,

In my heavenly mantle, from darkness set free!

地球在過去曾是一個黃金時代

當光之紗仍是天堂的跡象。

當大自然的秘密，仍是像念本書ㄧ樣

人，仍裹著星辰的光澤及閃耀。

在我們之中神已很少被看見了;

也更少有人們成為精靈的朋友。

但是，在這澎湃的生長和綠意中，

我的天使對這巨大的星辰  說出：

“這被我在蜿蜒的世界道路上引導的孩子，

曾經有一次看到了你的火焰，他知道這火焰是如何燃燒的。

在黑暗中，透過生命的地球迷宮中，我會引導他

直到他獲得了自己的實力，贏得了勝利。

There once on earth was a Golden Age

When the veilings of light were a heavenly sign.

When the secrets of Nature were read like a page

By the people, still wrapped in stars’ shimmer and shine.

It’s seldom amongst us that gods can be seen;

And now there are fewer folks friends to the elves.

And yet in this surging of growth and of green,

My angel speaks out to the great stars themselves:

“This child that I guide on the world’s winding ways,

He once saw your flame and he knows how it burns.

In the darkness I’ll lead him, through life’s earthly maze

Till he win his own strength, and the victory earns.”

Angels down to me are bending;

Always with me, they are ever caring, tending,

And around me, woven out of love, their flowing mantle they are lending. 

I am their child. From out their house of light my soul has wended. 

Born of the sun, my seed upon the earth descended. 

Good fruit it must bring forth before my life is ended.

來自上面天堂的陽光流洩;

照耀，晶瑩，閃閃發光。

我銀色的新月杯填滿了，

浪般的喜悅也在我心中

澎湃的泉源，從我的心裡湧出。

是上帝喜悅的教導 讓我知道，

From heaven above comes sunlight streaming;

Shining, glistening and gleaming.

My silver crescent- cup is filled,

(Be careful this is not spilled),

Such joy weaves round me everywhere

In water and earth and in light-filled air.

A wave of joy in me as well

Spring from my heart, a surging well.

By joy I’m taught my God to know.

這綠意，青色的山丘和群山之外，

海是如此的藍，還有陽光的金色，

以及所有我看到的一切。

當我長得越大也會越堅強，

我知道上帝的天使都與我在ㄧ起。

水，火，地和空氣的天使們，

永遠會在我身邊。這是我的禱告。

From deep in my heart this world I love—

The green, green hills and the mountains above,

The sea so blue and the sunlight gold,

And everything that I behold.

And I become stronger as I grow,

For all of God’s Angels are with me I know.

Angels of water, fire, earth and air,

Always stay by me. This is my prayer.
