它是愛！它讓我清醒，我的光將會變強。

我被給予力量去愛所有的人，正當地去做所有的事。

My Spark of light –it must become a flame.

Breath on me, breath of God, it is my aim

To calmly tend this light within and make it burn up brightly.

The air that nourishes my tender glow-

It’s Love! It quickens me. My light shall grow.

I’m given strength to love all people and to do things rightly.

這溫柔的，簡單的詩。是這個小男孩Sigwart在第一次世界大戰時死亡後，和他的姊姊透過靈性的層面來進行溝通。他的姊姊將所有的對話，記錄了下來，並將紀錄下來的對話、詩歌拿給史代納博士閱讀，史代納博士確實了這些對話，是從精神世界傳達而來的真實話語。字句是有強大力量的 - 如果親愛的朋友我們可以在遠方支持你，也希望它不是一個打擾。

請對那神聖恩典的波動 打開你的心，

而一束光將點燃你

且永遠不會熄滅。

它將在白日明亮你的工作，

在夜晚加深你的體驗。

神聖的愛如此地擁抱你

而你在祂的腿上休憩被保護著。

The roof upon your house

Is blessed,

Roses are growing upward on the walls….

And eyes of longing are gazing

From the windows.

Wait awhile!

Open your hearts to the waves

Of Divine Grace,

And a light will be enkindled for you

That will never be extinguished.

It brightens your works by day,

And your experiences by night.

Thus Divine Love embraces you

And you are resting protected in His lap.

The Lord blesses you.

清爽、更新、充實，

我站在這個金色的、秋天世界的光裡。

神拿著ㄧ把，有著奇妙強大力量的劍

祂將劍交給那些在靈魂裡，有著明亮燃燒火焰之愛的人。

這如太陽光束般閃爍的劍放射，灼熱，

在黑暗中照耀，讓我確定和堅定。

沒有危險的惡龍在我的道路上讓我需要害怕;

我已裝備了光之神的給予﹣被太陽鍛造的力量，純潔！

Refreshed, renewed, replenished I am standing

Within this world of golden autumn light.

A wondrous, mighty sword the gods are handing

To those whose souls with fire of love burn bright.

This flashing sword like sunrays streaming, searing,

In darkness shines and makes me firm and sure.

No dragon on my path need I be fearing;

I’m armed with light-God –giving, sun-forged, pure!
