在黑暗的夜裡

我渴望成為光，

被種下的種子，雖然很小但是發著光，

光亮的種子開始生長...

很快的，在我周圍的黑暗，空蕩，無光中，

上帝（天）的話語迴響起，一切萬物閃閃發光

純潔明亮。

WITHIN the darkness of the night

I long to be a light,

That seeds be planted, small but glowing,

Seeds of brightness which start growing…

Soon, in darkness round me, empty, void of light,

God’s Word resounds, and all things sparkle pure

And clear and bright.

When doubts assailed me-

這溫柔的，簡單的詩。是這個小男孩西格瓦（Sigwart）在第一次世界大戰時死亡後，和他的姊姊透過靈性的層面萊進行溝通。他的姊姊將所有的對話，記錄了下來，並將紀錄下來的對話、詩歌拿給史代納博士閱讀，史代納博士確實了這些對話，是從精神世界傳達而來的真實話語。

溫柔地 我的祈禱乘著羽翼上升


與愛到達了光，

溫柔地 祢


用以太的 明淨外衣


將我的四肢裹起

最神聖的上帝，再次為我呈現，

祢自天界凝視的力量


幫助我能夠上升於羽翼中


去看見祢，

只要再一次，我的上帝！


在祢的凝視之中，我將我自己全然地融入――


至深地在祢的至高之中


至深地在我的 我 之中。
