當金色的夏天太陽，在我們的天空裡變得不這麼的熾熱了，

我知道它並沒有死去﹣它只是在經歷ㄧ個改變。

它已給了我它全部的自己，它存於我之中，

如種子ㄧ般，在我心之深處——

這是ㄧ件最神奇且豐富的事

這個太陽的種子，我要保護它，

在我的心裡它如黃金般珍貴

它將活在我心裡共渡冬之夜，黑暗和寒冷，

直到，看哪！一個光芒四射，美麗的花，在春天裡綻開！

27^th  week    

And when the golden summer sun 

grows weaker in our skies, 

I know it really does not die- 

it just goes through a change.

For it has given its very self to me, in me it lies

As seed within my deepest heart- a thing most rich and strange.

This sun-seed—I must guard it, precious in my heart as gold.

It will live on in me through nights of winter, dark and cold,

Till lo, in spring a radiant, beauteous flower shall unfold!

O Nature, your maternal life

I bear within the essence of my will.

And my will’s fiery energy

Shall steel my spirit striving,

That sense of self springs forth from it

To hold me in myself.

O nature, you are as a mother to me,

Giving me strength and nourishing me,

I feel you near me and nearer still.

You fill me with fire-how strong is my will!

To be doing what’s good is what I desire,

And I shall, for I’m filled with God’s heavenly fire.

I am allowed

And shining my inner light

Into the dark of space and time.

Toward sleep is being of nature,

Is dimmed autumnally.

The light’s revealing radiance

在秋天雲霧繚繞的空氣裡，

夏季透過圓熟的天色仍在逗留徘徊，

金黃晴朗的光閃耀著，

但現在被柔和的紗和霧而暗淡了下來。

我自己可以清楚地看到

秋天是如何柔軟緩慢地，悄悄的到來。

夏季已把她自己給了我

而現在為了讓沈睡的冬季能來 而啟程離開。

In misty, moisty autumnal air,

Summer lingers still through mellow days,

And light which glimmers gold and fair

Is dimmed and dulled by gentle veils of haze.

I myself can clearly see

How autumn, soft and slow, is creeping.

Summer gave herself to me

And now departs for winter-Sleeping.

親愛的讀者，第ㄧ版的心靈週曆是在1912年，由Dr. Rudolf Steiner著作完成的，但是每年的天數會稍有更動，進而影響每年的第ㄧ週的開始，每年第ㄧ週的開始是在春分後的復活節週日，因此，每年的週數會有時會多ㄧ點或是少ㄧ點，為了能夠讓我們與現在今日的日期、季節連結，我們會試著隨季節轉換而做週數調節，因此你們有時會看到重複的週數或是ㄧ週有兩個週歷情形。
ㄧ年之中，可以以第十二週6/24 St. John tide（聖約翰潮汐日）/或是十三週, 還有第二十六週 9/29 Michaelmas（米加勒節慶）/或二十七週的兩週來做調整週數的支軸。您若感到不方便，您還是可以如常地ㄧ週用ㄧ篇週曆。祝福！

Works on within with living power;

The light rains down. My king,

in this late –summer hour,

You reign within my heart as well,

with growing power.

You shine with strength. You gleam

and glance and glisten.

You lead me into depths where I,

within the silence, learn to listen.

And there you form life’s fruits, fruits good to eat,

In weaving soul-light warm, where they grow ripe and rich and sweet.
