心靈週曆 第34週 11/26-12/2/2023［調節週］

親愛的讀者，第ㄧ版的心靈週曆是在1912年，由Dr. Rudolf Steiner著作完成的，但是每年的天數會稍有更動，進而影響每年的第ㄧ週的開始，每年第ㄧ週的開始是在春分後的復活節週日，因此，每年的週數會有時會多ㄧ點或是少ㄧ點，為了能夠讓我們與現在今日的日期、季節連結，我們會試著隨季節轉換而做週數調節，因此你們有時會看到重複的週數或是ㄧ週有兩個週歷情形。

ㄧ年之中，可以以第十二週6/24 St. John tide（聖約翰潮汐日）/或是十三週, 還有第二十六週 9/29 Michaelmas（米加勒節慶）/或二十七週的兩週來做調整週數的支軸。您若感到不方便，您還是可以如常地ㄧ週用ㄧ篇週曆。祝福

I feel at last the world’s reality

Which, lacking the communion of my soul,

Would in itself be frosty, empty life,

And reveal itself powerless

To create anew itself in souls,

Would in itself find only death.

The world I see:

A frozen, empty, barren wasteland it would be

Without the work my head and heart 

and hands can do

 To heal its pain.

 

All things must die and then be born anew.

To help in this great task, that life be not in vain,

My will is filled with fire and might;

As days grow shorter, it burns bright!

在我心中燃燒的光﹣隱藏著，安靜的，很深的，

從沈睡的世界中如太陽般有力量地流瀉出。

它讓我的心充滿喜悅。

它給我力量和喜樂

也容許我照亮他人，醫治他們的悲傷。

當火燃燒時，我是這火的主人，

如此，天堂之子啟發，讓這亮光灌入我，

這樣我的工作、還有我，便能如祂們所要求的完成上帝的工作。

 

31^st  week  

The light that burns within me- hidden, silent, deep,

It streams with power like the sun 

from realms of sleep.

It fills my heart with joy. 

It gives me strength and gladness

And lets me shine to others too, 

to heal their sadness.

When fire burns and I am master of this fire,

Then, pouring light upon me, Heaven’s Sons inspire

My work, and I can do God’s deeds as they require.

秋天，現在像一個精力充沛的國王，

大步走過田野– 清醒著，留意著。

從夏天的睡意，我們看到他帶來了

這脆冷空氣的涼意。

 

現在果實，在樹上完全成熟了，

甜蜜圓滿，竊竊私語地對我說：

“要堅定，要堅強。然後，你將會

開花結果，為上天貢獻這果實！

Now Autumn, like a lusty king,

Strides through the fields – awake, aware.

From summer sleep we’ve watched him bring

This crispy coolness to the air.

 

And fruit, well-ripened on the tree,

To me it whispers, round and sweet:

“ Be firm. Be strong. Then it shall be

That you’ll bear fruit for gods to eat!”
