＊第一首父母可在孩子睡前念。第二首清晨、生日時皆可用。

每天晚上，每一個孩子的床前都站著ㄧ個天使。

安靜地，用ㄧ雙保護的手，微笑着，

在他翅膀的庇護下，你可以安祥地休息一整夜。

所有的天使在天堂金色的光中吟唱著。

Every night an angel stands, at the head of every child.

Silent, with protecting hands, it is as if he is smiled,

Safely you may rest all night, in the shelter of his wings.

While in heaven’s golden light, all the angels sing.

天堂裡金色的星星閃耀著

ㄧ位天使從遠方帶著我

從天堂來到了地球

把我帶到了我的家來出生

歡迎，歡迎，啊！金色的日子

陽光明亮，鮮花美麗

在那裡美麗的鳥唱著他們的歌

讓我成為善良、仁慈和堅強的孩子。

In heaven shines a golden star

An angel brought me from afar

From heaven high unto the earth

And brought me to my house of birth

Welcome, welcome, oh golden day

With sunshine bright and flowers gay

Where painted birds do sing their song

And make me good and kind and strong.
