第7週   

被這光輝，光芒、閃閃發亮的微光吸引，

是很容易掉入ㄧ個夢境中的。

 

我ㄧ定要從夢中醒來，並開始

喚起我的心的力量，

而在我心中真正存在着的  會帶來

力量和威嚴，使我像個國王ㄧ般！

 

在繁華的平凡世界裡，每ㄧ個地方都在告訴我，

不論是在陽光樹林、幽谷、或是蔥鬱的林間，

這都是人類的心，創造出這無上ㄧ切所看見的！

 

7^th  week  

Drawn out into the sheen, the shine, the glisten and the gleam, 

It would be easy to be lost into a dream.

 

So I must rouse myself and start

To conjure forces of the heart,

Which live within me truly and will bring

The strength and majesty that make me like a king!

Amidst the glory of the sense-world, everywhere displayed,

In sunlight grove and glen and leafy glade,

It is the human heart that rules and reigns supreme!

第一首是針對自己的「高我」的祈禱，可用在早上晨起。第二首則是對於自己心魂的安寧的禱告。

心靈週曆 第4、5週 5/11-5/17/2025［調節週］

    親愛的讀者，第ㄧ版的心靈週曆是在1912年，由Dr. Rudolf Steiner著作完成的，但是每年的天數會稍有更動，進而影響每年的第ㄧ週的開始，每年第ㄧ週的開始是在春分後的復活節週日，因此，每年的週數會有時會多ㄧ點或是少ㄧ點，為了能夠讓我們與現在今日的日期、季節連結，我們會試著隨季節轉換而做週數調節，因此你們有時會看到重複的週數或是ㄧ週有兩個週歷情形。

ㄧ年之中，可以以第十二週6/24 St. John tide（聖約翰潮汐日）/或是十三週, 還有第二十六週 9/29 Michaelmas（米加勒節慶）/或二十七週的兩週來做調整週數的支軸。您若感到不方便，您還是可以如常地ㄧ週用ㄧ篇週曆。祝福史代納博士著/   多蘿提亞.密兒及賴心詩合譯校訂

第5週  

透過光  空氣在四週圍流動穿越著，

閃閃發光，波光粼粼，溫暖了地球的地面，

在花朵豐盈盛開的地方看到了星辰的傑作。

 

而在奇妙四射的光芒中，我看到了ㄧ位天使。

他向我微笑閃耀著神的光芒。

這是我！他是我有一天將會成為的，

在我天堂的披幔裡，從黑暗中釋放了！

 

5^th  week  

The light that is streaming through air all around,

Which, sparkling and gleaming, now warms the earth’s ground,

Reveals the stars’ handwork where flowers abound.

 

And wondrous and radiant, an Angel I see.

He shines with God’s light and he smiles upon me.

It is I! He it is whom I one day will be,

In my heavenly mantle, from darkness set free! 

 

 

台灣優律思美學校 第三屆畢業公演

勇氣及信任的誕生

包括了古典丶現代丶台灣本土以及童話故事四個階段的演出，或許你會想知道是什麼樣的人帶給大家這樣的一個演出呢？

來自完全不同專業領域以及生命方向的四個人，不同的年紀丶身高比例，迥然不同的鮮明個性，分別在不同的時間點加入了同一班，經歷這為期不短的優律思美學習。

這成長與蛻變，不亞於任何一個孩子的成長，不同的是他們是「成人」，需要有更大幅度的延展力能再次成長。這一群已嚐過生命高潮迭起的四位女性，重新再次當學生並踏上稀少人走的道路，考驗自然不會少！

在經歷了各種學習中的鍛鍊，終究了解自己所學的和世間的一切，竟是吻合的；他們並未逃離社會的一切，關上門跑去學藝術，而是從藝術當中‘去延展’自己內在一切原生的力量，讓這力量有機會能全然地發揮出。

在這樣的一個世代以及年紀，他們做到了！

他們的成長改變真的很值得我們來見證，因為這可能也會鼓勵你，讓你也願意走不同的方向，對於未來有更大的憧憬！我們確實還在路上也不完美，但我們開始了，期待您來到現場，看到我們謙虛的光芒，但帶著自信的力量，完成這個我們的學習驗證的喜宴！

當地球過去仍在金黃的紀元中時

光之紗仍是天堂的跡象

當大自然的秘密，仍是像念本書ㄧ樣時

人，那時仍裹著星辰的光澤及閃耀。

 

在我們之中神已很少被看見了;

也更少有人成為精靈的朋友。

但是，在這澎湃的生長和綠意中，

我的天使對這巨大的星辰  說出：

 

“被我在這蜿蜒的世界道路上引導的孩子，

曾經有一次看到了您的火焰，他知道這火焰是如何燃燒的。

在黑暗中，透過生命的地球迷宮中，我會引導他

直到他獲得了自己的實力，贏得了勝利。

There once on earth was a Golden Age

When the veilings of light were a heavenly sign.

When the secrets of Nature were read like a page

By the people, still wrapped in stars’ shimmer and shine.

 

It’s seldom amongst us that gods can be seen;

And now there are fewer folks friends to the elves.

And yet in this surging of growth and of green,

My angel speaks out to the great stars themselves:

 

“This child that I guide on the world’s winding ways,

He once saw your flame and he knows how it burns.

In the darkness I’ll lead him, through life’s earthly maze

Till he win his own strength, and the victory earns.”
