寧靜 我承載在我之中。

我銘記在我自己心中

這力量，讓我堅定。

現在我被光亮的溫暖充盈滿

現在，藉由我自己的決心

我將補足我自己。

當我是透過自己穩定的努力

我會感受到這個寧靜

源源不斷地通過我的存在，

我變堅強了

在我自己之內找到

力量的源泉，

內在寧靜的力量。

Quiet I bear within me.

I bear within myself

Forces to make me strong.

Now will I be imbued

With their glowing warmth.

Now will I fill myself

With my own will’s resolve.

And I will feel the quiet

Pouring through all my being,

When by my steadfast striving

I become strong

To find within myself

The source of strength,

The strength of inner quiet.
